2017 Vendor Application

Please send the following information:

  • Detailed list of the items you wish to sell or promote
  • Pictures of items you wish to sell or promote (if available)
  • Your preference of indoor or outdoor space
  • Whether you have a ''pitch'' or microphone setup for your booth

When your application is approved, we will send you a contract and additional information. You will need to provide the Silver Dollar Fair with a Certificate of Insurance for $1,000,000 general liability, listing the Silver Dollar Fair as additional insured for the dates of the fair (as shown on the sample Accord certificate). This insurance can also be purchased through our office for $100

The Process

  • Applications will be mailed to all 2016 Silver Dollar Fair Vendors that are in good standing
  • 2016 Vendors have first right space at the 2017 Silver Dollar Fair until January 31, 2017
  • On February 1, all space that has not been claimed by 2016 vendors becomes available for new vendors
  • New vendors can send their applications in at any time, but space will not be assigned until after February 1, 2017

Commercial Space

  $550 per 10'x10'
 Outdoor
  $450 per 10'x10', $30 for each additional frontage foot

22% with minimum guarantee

Considerations

Vendors will be selected based on the following criteria
  • Presentation of booth
  • Clear product list
  • Uniqueness that sets product apart from existing vendors
  • Professionalism
  • Timeliness of payment and submission of paperwork

Outstanding Booths

Ribbons will be presented to the Outstanding Indoor Booth, the Outstanding Outdoor Booth, and the Outstanding Food Booth. Booths will be judged on attractiveness of display.
