Please send the following information:

• Detailed list of the items you wish to sell or promote
• Pictures of items you wish to sell or promote (if available)
• Your preference of indoor or outdoor space
• Whether you have a ''pitch'' or microphone setup for your booth

When your application is approved, we will send you a contract and additional information. You will need to provide the Silver Dollar Fair with a Certificate of Insurance for $1,000,000 general liability, listing the Silver Dollar Fair as additional insured for the dates of the fair (as shown on the sample Acord certificate). This insurance can also be purchased through our office for $90

• Applications will be mailed to all 2011 Silver Dollar Fair Vendors that are in good standing
• 2011 Vendors have first right space at the 2012 Silver Dollar Fair until February 15, 2012
• On February 16, all space that has not been claimed by 2011 vendors becomes available for new vendors
• New vendors can send their applications in at any time, but space will not be assigned until after February 16, 2012
