Rental Request Form

EVENT APPLICATION

Before submitting your application, please take a moment to review the rental policies and procedures below. These guidelines outline important information regarding alcohol service, insurance requirements, sound levels, and general expectations for use of the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds. By applying, you acknowledge and agree to follow these policies if your event is approved.

Insurance

All persons renting any facility or property of the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds are required to provide evidence of insurance for General Liability in the amount of at least $1,000,000 and Liquor Liability in the amount of $1,000,000 if alcoholic beverages are being sold.
Insurance coverage is available and may be purchased through the California Fair Services Authority.

Alcohol Service

The Silver Dollar Fair and the law require that all persons must be 21 years of age for sale, service, consumption and/or possession of alcoholic beverages. If the renter is selling alcohol they must obtain an Alcoholic Beverage Control license and provide the Fairgrounds with a copy of the license.

Details & References

Any and all false or misleading statements made by or on behalf of the renter will be grounds for immediate termination of any and all agreements and forfeiture of all rentals fees and/ or deposits paid as well as consideration of any future contracts. I understand that this application in no way guarantees or holds any facility for an event, and that I will be notified by issuance of a contract from the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds, if my application has been accepted. I also understand that an event cannot be advertised or promoted until written confirmation from the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds, has been received.
