The Process

There is one digital application for both Food/Bev and commercial retail vendors. Be sure to read each question on the form carefully.
2025 Vendors have first right space at the 2026 Silver Dollar Fair until February 23, 2026
On February 23, all space that has not been claimed by 2025 vendors becomes available for new vendors.
New vendors can send their applications in at any time, but space will not be assigned until AFTER February 23, 2026

Applications

Please send the following information:

Detailed list of the items you wish to sell or promote
Pictures of items you wish to sell or promote (if available)

When your application is approved, we will send you a contract and additional information. You will need to provide the Silver Dollar Fair with a Certificate of Insurance for $1,000,000 general liability, listing the Silver Dollar Fair as additional insured for the dates of the fair. This insurance can also be purchased through our office for an additional cost.

Rates

Commercial Space
Indoor Inline space				$450 per 10'x10'
Indoor Corner space				$500 per 10'x10'
Outside space				$650 per 10'x10' or $1,100 per 20'x10'

All Concessionaires
Indoor or Outdoor				23% with minimum guarantee +Health Inspection Fees as required

Vendors will be selected based on the following criteria

Presentation of booth
Clear product list
Uniqueness that sets product apart from existing vendors
Professionalism
Timeliness of payment and submission of paperwork
