The following documents (clickable links below) will need to be filled out and uploaded through ShoWorks, before an exhibitor completes entries.
Have
the signed forms ready (in PDF format) before starting the entry
process. Failure to upload the correct document can result in
disqualification.
The following ownership items will need to be uploaded through ShoWorks with each market entry:
- 2 Photos (reference handbook for specie specific info)
- Bill of Sale
- Animal ID
- Scrapie Tag for sheep and goats (both sides, letters and numbers, of scrapie tag need to be input)
Only the YQCA certificate number will
need to be entered for each exhibitor when entering in registration
information, you will not need to upload the certificate.
